We do not collect, receive, or store any health data about you or your child. Everything you log stays on your iPhone. This page sets that out in the form Washington asks for.
What health data we collect
None. Everything you log about your child — their name and date of birth, severity, scratch level, baths, an optional body map of affected areas, foods, skincare products, medications, pets, places, weather and notes — is written to a database on your iPhone and stays there, and is included in your iPhone's standard iCloud backup if you have backups turned on. We run no server. We never receive it, see it, or store it.
Where it comes from
You type it in. The one exception is weather. If you turn that feature on, the app asks Apple's WeatherKit for local conditions using your approximate location, and writes the answer into your entry on your phone. Apple receives that request. We do not.
What it is used for
On your phone, the app compares the things you logged against your child's flare days and shows you where something lines up. That comparison runs on your device and the result stays on your device. We are not part of it.
Who we share it with
No one. There are no third parties or affiliates to list, because no health data leaves your device for us to pass on. We do not sell health data.
Your rights
The data is only on your phone, so you already hold every right these laws describe. In the app's More tab you can export all of it as a CSV file and a PDF summary (export is part of Pro), and you can permanently delete all of it at no cost. Deleting is final. There is no copy anywhere else to restore from. If you would like us to confirm in writing that we hold no health data about you or your child, email support@eczematrack.com and we will reply.
The website
Our marketing website uses a cookieless visitor count that records no health data and sets no cookies. It is described in full under Website analytics in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If any of this changes, we will update the date on this page and say what changed.
