Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using the EczemaTrack app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the app is
EczemaTrack is a personal tracking tool that helps a parent or guardian log a child's eczema symptoms and possible contributing factors, and surfaces statistical patterns from the data you enter. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
2. Not medical advice
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or predictions. Pattern observations ("possible patterns", signal-strength indicators) are statistical correlations derived from your own logs and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decision about your child's health, diet, medication, or care. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something in the app.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the app's output. Because data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for keeping device backups if you wish to preserve your data.
4. Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.
5. Intellectual property
The app and its content are owned by the developer and provided under a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any decisions made based on its output.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
