If something is not working
Include your iPhone model and iOS version, and describe what you were doing when the problem happened. Your data is stored only on your phone, so we cannot see your logs and cannot look anything up for you.
Billing, trials, cancellations and refunds
These are handled by Apple, not by us. You can manage a subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details and we cannot charge, refund, or cancel anything ourselves.
Your data
Everything you log stays on your iPhone. From the app's More tab you can export it as a CSV file and a PDF summary (export is part of Pro), or permanently delete all of it at no cost. Deleting is final — there is no copy anywhere else to restore from. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Questions about your child's eczema
Please ask your pediatrician or dermatologist. EczemaTrack is a tracking tool, not a medical device and not a medical service. If your child's skin looks infected, is spreading quickly, or your child seems unwell, call your doctor or seek urgent care.
